The Social Opportunity Works Fund, managed by Pinellas Community Foundation (PCF), aims to empower Tampa Bay nonprofits to make a tangible impact in addressing issues related to injustice and equity, including matters of race, economics, education, housing, and health. Since its inception, the Social Opportunity Works Fund has provided support services, training, and over $700,000 in financial awards to more than 35 nonprofits working in communities and economies that have long suffered from an inequitable distribution of resources.PCF is a charitable organization that serves as a bridge, connecting donors, such as those who contribute to the Social Opportunity Works Fund, with nonprofit organizations.
